People in Rm101 can use commands.

No commands are blocked, including /spawn and /warp

Plenty of donor commands work as well (/ascend,/descend,/jumpto...), I believe they also have no restriction whatsoever but allows them to PvP with the staff interrogating them. I've had a couple of griefers get out of my rm101 by using /spawn. It doesn't allow them out on parole, and it doesn't allow them to break anything and just auto-replaces it.

The picture just shows that I used /spawn after being interrogated.
