after been changing my name from Bowbyslag to Bowby_the_king I did not only lose my aliases but also "my own" rm101 as when I am putting people in parole then I am using someone else rm101

This is simply because room101 does not store info as UUID, but as player name. Changing to an enhancement request to alter that.
Meanwhile, please speak to the admins to get your room ported (and aliases copied) to your new username.
