Control passmark length with formula.

Currently Valentina calculates automatically length of passmark. It's half of seam allowance, but no more than 1 cm. But in some cases we want to have more control over length. This feature brings this.

With this feature user will be able to turn on manual mode and control length with formula. Any positive value will control length. Negative values and 0 will hide a passmark.
