Make Option|Alt click select curve handles

This is a proposal to make selecting curve handles an explicit action on behalf of user and not relaying on stack order.

Pressing Option|Alt and clicking on a point would select the curve handles.

Pressing Ctrl and clicking on a curve would drag the curve shape.

This is consistent with other programs (Photoshop paths, Illustrator, Inkscape) and has a good usability record.
