Groups should have unique names

For now, groups can have identical names. If a user happens to use the same name, he won't be able to recognize which group is made of which items.

We need to guide the user and force him to use a different name, if the one he entered already exists.

This implies checking when creating a group and renaming a group. We also want to make sure that the default group name is unique when generating a new group.
