   in example file the LEFT side has approximation scale 10.

   Right has 0

   First of all approximation scale needed for small curves. No point to set big value if you deal with big curve.

   Also you did not mention your default value. When you set 0 Valentina uses global setting.

   and lose passmarks

   Just exported your file without any change and i see passmarks on main path.

   in any case setting approx curves to 0 (which is my default) solves it.

   Can you mark which piece of curve you see as jagged? Plus it is very important to speak about this only on very small sizes. We should eliminate any approximation that can possible creates distractions.
