Improve Feature : Allow tiled PDF export in Detail Mode

The Detail Mode allow export without creating a layout. For the moment, it doesn't allow to export in tiled PDF.
We want to allow it, because it can be usefull in certain situations.
In Detail-Mode, the elements are positioned manually. Therefore, the position can't be guaranted after gradation or any recalculation and thus some overlaping might happen. This feature is more of a quick fix for some cases, so we want to allow it only in the GUI-mode, not in the console-mode.
The better way in the future will be to improve the layout generation.
