Roman Telezhynskyi repo owner created an issue 2017-07-16

Because of crashes on Mac OS X platform the update notification system was disabled and doesn't check new version on start.

To fix it i propose add new key. And call Valentina from inside of main thread with the key. In this case a crash will not stop a main thread.

Because now access https website the check can be enabled on Mac OS X.
