Former user created an issue 2017-04-04

We should be able to chose for each piece having a grainline what rotation is allowed on the layout.

If no grainline, any rotation is allowed. If a grainline is drawn, no rotation (0, 180°) or 90° (0,90,180,270). (sometimes chain and frame are identical)
