Tape app. Options that open new file open new instance even if a user doesn't want this.

Hmmm... when I click "Open Individual" in Tape, it automatically opens up a new tape instance. This is a little bit weird, because even though I hit cancel, the instance is there. At first I thought it emptied the current data I had open, but I realized the new Tape window was directly on top of the old one.

Might I suggest not opening a new instance by default and replacing the current data? Or alternatively, not opening up the new instance until the .vit file is selected and the user clicks "Open"?
