Improve feature: The Preferences dialog box should be expandable

Susan Spencer created an issue

The Preferences dialog in valentina.exe is not expandable. The user cannot see the entire directory path to their patterns, measurements, templates. This is a usability issue.

The user should have the ability to drag an edge or corner and make the Preferences dialog larger.

If possible it should open with the last size used.

    The last size from a previous session? Or in a current session.

    I mean open the dialog, change size, close the application. Reopen the application and the dialog, should it remember size from the previous session?

    It should save from the previous session. This may require a config file, is that correct?

    We already have two. One for Valentina, another for Tape. And even third for common data. So, this is very easy task.
