New tool: Ease

Add a tool to create ease along a line or curve between begin and end points. User will input Amount of Ease, which can be a formula.

Ease is added to lengthen one side of a seam to create gathers. The ease can be small and barely noticeable (as along the back edge of a shoulder seam) or can be a great amount (as puffy sleeve caps for Victorian dresses).

The begin and end of an ease section is marked by small circles (one type of passmarks) along the seam allowance on both sides of the seam.
