Restore last open file after crash.

Roman Telezhynskyi repo owner created an issue

We definitely need have support restoring last open file after crash. Now we have autosave that not very useful, but if store information that was crash somewhere in config file it will make possible ask user if he wants restore last autosave like did many application.
