   In some cases useful have tests that will check conjugation of seams. Test will stored in the middle of pattern file. Include two fields for formulas, sign of comparison (>=, =, <=). A user will manually run test. Result of running tests will be displayed in a pure text format. In read-only mode.

   When you say seams you mean spl1+spl2 (first seam) == spl3+spl4 (second seam)?

   Yes. And some seams have gathers, pleats, tucks or darts on one side but not the other. We'd have to check for these too.
